QUALITY CONTROL - MONITOR, PROCESS, CONTROL
A central task of quality management is quality control, which serves first and foremost to monitor processes, examine them, and process internal and external complaints as well as to control all relevant information in quality management.
Initiated actions (CAPA) must be distributed, monitored, traced, and their effectiveness checked; controlled documents must be available paperlessly for all stakeholders and always kept up-to-date. If information must be exchanged with external organizations (such as suppliers and customers), the data flow must be steered purposefully – e.g. with supplier portals.
If traceability is required, RQM offers many functions for the entry, assignment, and tracing of all relevant data, batches, serial numbers, process data, and much more!
